Task1 for Speaking of IBT
My favorite subject is mathematics. Mathematics is not only an basis of learning other subject , but also because mathematics can foster strong logical thinking ,analyzing ,reasoning skills .It helps me resolve so many tough problems from the real life and understands the principles.In high school, i often got high scores in maths .Also,the awards and praise from my maths teacher largely encourages me to make much progress in maths and cultivates great interest in maths.
2.City Life Compared with Rural Life
It is really hard to say which is better than the other, city life or rural life. Both have its merit and shortcoming. Living in the city has a great many advantages. First, i can enjoy various kinds of foods, from both foreign and domestic. Second, there are more cultural activities in the city--i can go to the concert, the theatre, the movies or the disco club after a day's hard work. But city lite has many problems, too. The overcrowded population, traffic jam, industrial pollution, and the lack of understanding between people may result in disease and unhappiness. Living in the country, however, i can watch the magnificent sunrise and sunset and listen to the bird singing in the tree. If i want, i can certainly have a huge garden when a small green space seems a luxury in the city! In the city, i may feel at a loss as to which i am working for. i probably doubt i cannot be working for myself since i am so unhappy and nervous. But in the countryside i will have no such worries. i plant seeds in the earth, and i watch them grow into flowers and finally into fruits or food. Once again, i enjoy the pleasure of work. But rural life may not be that perfect. Things are going so slowly that sometimes i may feel that i am absolutely left behind in some remote corners of the world. i may again miss the parties, friends and movies in the city. People are like this. i can never feel perfectly satisfied. The best solution may be that i enjoy pleasures of both lives and get rid of their inconveniences.
3.read on internet or read on book
On internet something is wrong , if yu read on internet for a long time , the radiation of the screen may do harm to your eyes ,and it also takes a long time to find useful information for you in the huge infromation ocean. What 's worse, i can not always concerntrate myself on my reading materials due to something intetresting web pages or dulcet music.In contrast, reading on books is very easy to make some marks on the right place and write down some ideas.But it is convenient to read anywhere no matter whether it can be online.

Yaoming - make contributions to the national basketball team in China .
5.Topics -Erotic Love,Puppy Love,Familial Love,Romantic Love,Platonic Love.
Maybe i would like to talk about something interesting topics like love .Love is interesting and complex topic . Meanwhile , love is the humans' permanent topic. Everyone must face the problem of love throughout life . Often everyone feels confused about how to find a true love for self .When we talk about this topic , it helps us relaxing ourselves and will not be sensitive and provocative topic to each other. Love is mysterious and complex ,no one can fully understand what ' is the true love .
From Wikipedia:
Love represents a range of human emotions and experiences related to the senses of affection and sexual attraction.[1] The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. This diversity of meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.
As an abstract concept love usually refers to a strong, ineffable feeling towards another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual. Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.
6>Favorite animal:
Her name was Fluffy, and she was a beautiful, golden Cocker Spaniel. She loved me unconditionally, following me around the house no matter where I went and always greeting me with a wag of the tail and kisses when I came home from school. She was my best friend. I got her when I was 4 and we put her down when I was 17. she was always a shoulder to cry on and she would listen to me whine about whatever was going on at the time. She was my best friend, no matter who was in my life. She meant (and still means) more to me than anything in the world. I still have her ashes in an urn on my windowsill, and she will never be forgotten.
The Study of History
Just as Aldous Huxley's saying goes, the charm of history and its enigmatic lesson consist in the fact that , from age to age ,nothing changes and yet everything is completely different.
I concede that in some way the study of history actually has revealed the facts and the objective discipline in reality.History is a complex topic ,and is very difficult to be accurately defined .It seems to be consist of the objective facts in the past time and recorded by the way of the symbols, characters to describe what events happened and which figures make what achievements or inventions or display the humans' minds or intelligent policy to discovery and resolve the humans' tough problems embracing a variety of things.
However, it is very clear that the real aim to studying history is not that we consider the history as a long wind story or an entertainment like watching animations for the children,but we should absorb the ancestry 's lessons and conclude the ones that results in the failure or success of the forerunners by means of the objective analysis and critical thinking depending on the background information and evidence from other references.After sufficient and in-deep consideration , maybe your minds may be enlightened and your inspiration will be motivated.History is a mirror that makes us more clearly recognize ourselves and human's nature, the discipline of operations among people and reflects whether our behavior,thinking is adapted to the surroundings and social group or not, and how to cope with the problems that looks that there is no way to resolve . From history , you can gain the specific pattern of tackling entangled and intricated things and foresee the future events' running situation and what problems may be encountered ,even how to deal with it regardless of enormous unknown parameters and changes ,preventing the inestimable loss due to your misjudgement and subjective inclination.So the study of history makes you more sagacious and rational , thinking in a deep and comprehensive way on the facts . We can believe in all from the history. After all, because of special factors like the time , political interference and first-class manipulating falsehood, the history 's narrative is not virtually adhering to the facts affected by personal emotions. The study of history can foster your capacity of critical thinking and informs us that human nature has never changed.
Society 's attitudes toward artistic expression, literature,and scientific and intellectual inquiry are also in a continual state of evolution. And perhaps the most significant sort of cultural evolution invovles spiritual beliefs, which have always spun themselves out, albeit uneasily,through clashes between established traditions and more enlightened viewpoints. A heightened awareness of all these aspects of cultural evolution help us formulate informed,reflective, and enlightened values and ideals for ourselves; and our society clearly benefits as a result.
It undervalues other ,equally important benefits of studying history.Learning about the courage and tenacity of history's great explorers,leaders,and other achievers inspires us to similar accomplishments, or at least to face down fears as we travel through life.Learning about the mistakes of the past helps us avoiding repeating them.For instance,the world is slowly coming to learn by studying history that political states whose authority stems from suppression of individual freedoms invariably fall of their own oppressive weight.And learning about one's cultural heritage,or roots, fosters a healthy sense of self and cultivates an interest in preserving art, literature,and other cultural artifacts-all of which serve to enrich society.
To sum up, history lesson can help us understand and be more tolerant of one another, as well as develop compassionate responses to the problems and failings of others.Yet,history has other lessons to offer us as well.It helps us formulate informed values and ideas for ourselves,inspires us to great achievements,points out mistakes to avoid, and helps us appreciate our cultural heritage.
Should Nature's Way open a store in Plainesville?
- sales of exercise shoes and clothing are all-time highs;
- the local heath club is more popular than ever
- the city's schoolchildren are required to participate in a fitness program.
Close scrutiny of each of these facts,however, reveals that none of them lend credible support to the recommendation.
First,strong sales of exercise apparel do not necessarily indicate that Plainesville residents would be interested in NW's products, or that exercising is popular with these residents.Perhaps exercise apparel happens to be fashionable at the moment, or inexpensive compared to the other types of clothing. For that matter,perhaps the stronger-than-usual sales are due to increasing sales to tourists.In short, without ruling out other possible reasons for the strong sales,the vice president can not convince me on the basis of them that Plainesville residents are exercising regularly,let alone that they would be interested in buying the sorts of food and other products that NW sells.
Secondly, even if exercise is more popular among P residents than ever before,the vice president assumes further that people who exercise regularly are also interested in buying health food and health-related products.It is entirely possible that as a result of the regular exercise they believe that they are sufficiently fit and healthy and do not need a healthy product(As a reaction to the healthful habits imposed upon them).
Finally , even assuming that P residents are strongly interested in eating health foods and health-related products , the recommmendation rests on the additional assumptions :
- that this interest will continue in the forseeable future
- that P residents will prefer NW over other merchants that sell similar products.
In sum , the recommendation relies on certain doubtful assumptions that render it unconvincing as it stands. To bolster the recommendation the vice president must provide clear evidence-perhaps by way of a local survey or study-that P residents who buy and wear exercise apprarel, and especially the health club's memebers, do in fact exercise regularly, and that these exercisers are likely to bug health foods and health-related products at a NW store. To better assess the recommendation , i would need to know why P's health club is popular, and whyP does not contain more health clubs.I would also need to know what competition NW might face in P

What makes a good boss ?
While humor and kindness are important characteristics for bosses to have, work is a serious business, and must be approached with a serious attitude. A boss must be able to keep his/her employees working hard and on schedule. He/She must set down rules , enforce them, and also personally adhere to them. A boss must have a serious and professional attitude that set an example for all of the employees in the workplace.
To counter the countless problems that arise in the workplace every day, a boss must extremely creative.If a client need to meet a deadline earlier than expected, a boss must find ways to motivate the employees to work faster and harder.
Finally , the most important quality that a good boss must possess is flexibility.While needing to set strict rules, he/she must recognize that at times the rules need to be bent or broken.
Loyalty,Strength Productive,Creativity,Flexibility.

Introducing EclipseLink from JavaLobby
The Eclipse Persistence Services Project, more commonly known as EclipseLink, is a comprehensive open source persistence solution. EclipseLink was started by a donation of the full source code and test suites of Oracle's TopLink product. This project brings the experience of over 12 years of commercial usage and feature development to the entire Java community. This evolution into an open source project is now complete and developers will soon have access to the EclipseLink 1.0 release.
We describe EclipseLink as a comprehensive solution because it delivers not one, but a set of persistence services enabling developers to efficiently develop applications that access data in a variety of data sources and formats. EclipseLink's services currently include object-relational with JPA, object-XML binding in MOXy (with support for JAXB), and a Service Data Objects (SDO) implementation sharing a common mapping core. EclipseLink’s most popular persistence service is dealing with relational databases through JPA. In this article I'll introduce the EclipseLink JPA implementation and some of its advanced features. We'll delve into the other persistence services in future articles.
JPA and Beyond
EclipseLink 1.0 supports JPA 1.0 and also offers many advanced features. The project's intent is to deliver a standards based solution focussed on JPA but with the abilitity to use advanced features for those applications where they are required. By focusing first on JPA, the EclipseLink project enables broad integration and minimizes coupling. With the recent announcement that EclipseLink will be delivering the reference implementation of JPA 2.0 (JSR 317) the project team will continue to lead the standardization of many of the advanced features.
Advanced object-relational mappings in EclipseLink JPA offers greater flexibility when dealing with complex or legacy relational schemas. This mapping support has evolved over many years of commercial use dealing with many 'interesting' (i.e., challenging) domain models and relational schemas. The resulting support is supported through JPA where possible and configurable with EclipseLink specific mappings when no cooresponding features exists in JPA. As mentioned above, some advanced features are making their way into JPA 2.0 and over time you can expect the use of implementation specific features to decline as the specification evolves.
Converters
Converters allow developers to customize how database values are converted into the domain model and how these values are then written back into the database. This supports user-defined types as well as custom conversion logic that can be used with any mapping. Converters are defined once for a persistence unit and can then be used in any entity through their unique name. All converters implement EclipseLink's Converter interface.

@Converter(name="money-converter", converterClass=mypackage.MyMoneyConverter.class)
...
@Convert("money-converter")
private Money balance; @Converter(name="money-converter", converterClass=mypackage.MyMoneyConverter.class)
...
@Convert("money-converter")
private Money balance;
The above example shows how a developer can write their own converter class and then define it under a user provided name. Once defined, a Converter can be attached to any number of mappings through the @Convert annotation or in an XML mapping file. EclipseLink also provides out of the box converters for handing primitive value and type conversions and some database specific data types.
